The Sutton suits a wide range of property styles and is designed to meet current UK building regulations
The frame work is 30mm x 30mm box section. The infill bars are 12mm round solid bar.
The middle rail is also 30mm x 30mm box section with a 100mm spacing.
Mountings holes in the brackets are drilled at 12mm. These are designed to suit M8 or M10 fixings. The balcony comes with 4 mounting holes in total.
Available in a number of powder coated colour finishes with the option of galvanising prior to powder coating to protect the balcony.
There is a 70mm spacing between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
