The Reeth Juliet balcony named after a refreshingly unchanged Dales town. It’s smart contemporary design is a perfect partner to contemporary homes. Infill bars are made from 12mm solid round steel. The top rail is made from 40mm x 12mm soft-touch convex bar which comfortable to the hand. The mid and bottom rails are made from 40mm x 8mm flat bar.
If you choose the galvanized option the box section is drilled. This allows the zinc coating to flow through the balcony frame. This results in the balcony being protected from corrosion inside and out. Mountings holes are drilled at 10mm.
These are designed to suit M8 fixings. There are size mounting holes on the balcony. There is a 60mm spacing between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet to allow for sill clearance.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations. The gaps between the infill bars are less than 100mm (10 cm) which meets current U.K. building regulations.
