The top and bottom rails are made from 30mm x 30mm box section. The ends of the box section are capped off with black plastic inserts.
The infill bars are 12mm round section. The gap between these bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations.
The balcony projects 100mm from the wall, and have a clearance of 70mm Between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.
The mounting feet are laser cut and have a 12mm mounting hole. These are designed to suit M8 / M10 fixings.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
