The Kilnsey juliet balcony, with clean lines and a design without the fuss!
The Kilnesy will suit a wide range of property styles and is designed to meet current UK building regulations.
The balcony consists of 40x40mm box section uprights, with 40x12mm soft touch convex top rail with 12mm round solid infill bars
Mountings holes in the brackets are drilled at 12mm. These are designed to suit M8 or M10 fixings. The balcony comes with 4 mounting holes in total.
Available in a number of powder coated colour finishes with the option of galvanising prior to powder coating to protect the balcony.
There is a 60mm spacing between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
