The Newsham balcony is galvanised and powder coated as standard. Offering superb protection against the elements. More detail on galvanising can be found here
The top and bottom rails are produced from UK sourced 48.3 CHS Tubular Sections. The infill bars are 12x12mm Square, and the decorative accent bars are 16x8mm Section.

The balcony projects 100mm From the wall, and has a clearance of 60mm between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet. We can produce this balcony with a larger projection if required. Just call us to discuss if you require this option.
The mounting feet are laser cut 115mm OD discs and have a 12mm mounting holes. These are designed to suit M8 / M10 fixings.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
We suggest adding an additional 400mm to the width of your door opening when selecting the balcony width. For example if your door opening is 1500mm you would choose the 1900mm version to suit this.
