The Carperby Juliet balcony. Brand new to our range and sure to be very popular. A high quality balcony that is easy to fit and is also available in custom sizes.
The top rail and bottom rails are made from high grade 48.3mm CHS Tube. Infill bars are produced from high grade 12mm x 12mm square section bar.
The gap between the bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations.
The balcony projects 90mm From the wall, and has a clearance of 40mm Between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet. (If you require more clearance we can do this for you! Please call us discuss your requirements)
The balcony is fully hot dip galvanised as standard prior to powder coating which offers superb protection against the elements. More detail on galvanising can be found here
Mountings are 115mm x 5mm discs with 3x 12mm ID laser cut holes. These are designed to suit either M8 or M10 fixings.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
We suggest adding an additional 400mm to the width of your door opening when selecting the balcony width. For example if your door opening is 1500mm you would choose the 1900mm version to suit this.
